The Dutch Minds offers great quality Dutch teaching in structured and interactive group classes. To keep up with operational continuity and the integrity of our learning standards, we ask all interested students to read the policy below before enrolling:
1. No Refund Policy
The Dutch Minds maintains a strict no-refund policy for all course enrolments. After a student has registered and payment has been received, no refunds will be given in any event for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Missed classes
- Scheduling conflicts or personal obligations
- Change of interest or decision post-enrolment
- Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences
All students should read the course information, schedules, and take the demo classes to ensure they are able to make an informed decision before submitting the fee payment.
2. Course Cancellation by The Dutch Minds
In any rare case where The Dutch Minds cancel a course due to any unforeseen circumstances, an alternative schedule will be offered. We reserve the right to postpone the classes when the number of students is lower than required. No refund will be given in such cases.
3. No Exchange Policy
After we receive confirmation of initial enrolment, we do not allow class-level transfers or cohort switching. When enrolling, students themselves must decide on the correct Dutch language level for their starting class. We would suggest a free trial or assessment first to gauge your level before you enrol.
4. Slot Transfer Policy
Enrolment is non-transferable. No student is allowed to transfer his or her course/seat or grant access to another party under any circumstances.
In very special cases (e.g., serious illness or unavoidable emergency), students may apply for leave of absence with the relevant document attached. We may accommodate a one-time transfer to the future batch of the same course level. This is a non-guaranteed transfer based on administrative approval.
The Dutch Minds does not accept individual requests for a discount on fees. We set the price at the same level for all learners to make a fair and transparent price policy. From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts and limited-time offers for all potential learners.
6. Acknowledgement
Students will acknowledge and accept the above No Refund and No Exchange policy in full when enrolled in any of our group classes. All prospective applicants are advised to read and understand these terms carefully and fully before making a payment to avoid any future inconvenience.
